Return & Refund Policy
At Puchi Cat Litter, we want you and your cats to be happy with your purchase.
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for opened cat litter products.
For unopened products, we may accept a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
- The item is in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during transit
- Faulty
- Incorrectly supplied
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will assess the issue and may offer:
- A replacement product
- A refund
- Store credit
depending on the circumstances.
Cat Preference
Every cat is different. While many cats successfully transition to Puchi Cat Litter, we cannot guarantee that every cat will accept a new litter immediately.
Refunds cannot be provided due to a cat's personal preference or refusal to use the litter once the package has been opened.
We recommend introducing new litter gradually by mixing it with your cat's existing litter.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
